New Members and Inquirers Class
Dear Friends of Grace Church,
The Newcomers & Inquirers Class is for anyone who is interested in learning a little more about The Episcopal Church and its Anglican heritage, as well as for anyone who wants to delve more deeply into the Christian way of life. Any adult who might wish to be confirmed, reaffirmed, or formally received into The Episcopal Church should attend these classes. Many long-time Episcopalians like to attend as a kind of refresher, or as a way to sort through some of the questions of faith that are common to many of us.
I enjoy leading this class. It is a way to share something I love (Episcopal or Anglican perspectives on what it means to be Christian), and it is a great way for us to get to know each other better. Although there are several topics we want to be certain we cover, I will also regularly invite your questions. The class participants are the “inquirers,” and much of our time together will center on your questions and unique faith journey.
I look forward to our time together!
Sincerely,
Weston
The Rev. E. Weston Mathews, Rector
A seven-week New Members & Inquirer's Class will begin February 2 at 6:00pm. The class will meet each Wednesday until March 16 and is led by the Rev. Weston Mathews.
