Today is the deadline to drop off February donations – toiletries, clothes soap, and dish soap – at the church, for the Second Hand Graces program.

Sorting and distribution will be Friday, Feb. 16 from 3pm – 5pm & Saturday, Feb. 17 from 8-10:30am at the Warrenton United Methodist Church.

What is Second Hand Graces?

Each month Grace Church collects specific items to give through the Fauquier County Food Distribution Coalition (though we collect not just food, but many different types of items, including clothes, household items, toiletries, etc.). Distribution is typically on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 8:00 a.m. – 11 a.m. at the Warrenton United Methodist Church. Please leave your donations on the carts outside the Parish Hall, or with the church office.

History: More than 15 years ago, several women at Grace Church recognized that the monthly food distribution in Warrenton was an ideal time & place to also offer clothes & other items to the clients who needed help with food. Second-Hand Graces was born!

Volunteering to help: We always need workers (of all ages) to help with the monthly distribution at the Warrenton United Methodist Church. Please contact Pat Tucker or April Gaines for more information.
